Modernizace výměníkové stanice

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výměníkových stanic a jejich modernizací z pohledu měření, regulace a automatizovaného řízení technologických procesů. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav výměníkových stanic, posoudit vhodné technologie a trendy v oblasti řízení, monitorování a vizualizace provozních procesů a navrhnout modelové řešení výměníkové stanice dle platných norem a legislativních požadavků. Součástí práce je rovněž přehled aktuálních legislativních změn a jejich vliv na provoz a údržbu těchto zařízení. V praktické části je zpracován návrh automatizovaného řízení a vizualizace provozu stanice v prostředí Reliance, včetně posouzení její energetické účinnosti. Výsledkem práce je seznámení čtenáře s principem fungování výměníkových stanic a jejich významem v systémech zásobování teplem. Současně je zpracován ucelený návrh modernizované výměníkové stanice odpovídající současným technickým a legislativním požadavkům, se zaměřením na energeticky účinný provoz a využití moderních prvků automatizace a dálkového monitorování.

This thesis addresses the issue of heat exchanger stations and their modernization from the perspective of measurement, regulation, and automated control of technological processes. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of heat exchanger stations, evaluate suitable technologies and trends in the field of control, monitoring, and visualization of operational processes, and propose a model solution for a heat exchanger station in accordance with applicable standards and legislative requirements. The thesis also includes an overview of current legislative changes and their impact on the operation and maintenance of these facilities. The practical section presents a proposal for automated control and visualization of station operations in the Reliance environment, including an assessment of its energy efficiency. The result of the thesis is to familiarize the reader with the operating principles of heat exchange stations and their importance in heat supply systems. At the same time, a comprehensive design of a modernized heat exchange station is presented, meeting current technical and legislative requirements, with a focus on energy-efficient operation and the use of modern automation and remote monitoring elements.
