Využití numerické simulace při technologickém návrhu postupu výroby výkovku

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the use of simulation for the design of a technological process in the production of a forging. Specifically, it focuses on the technology of forge rolling and the first forming operation on a crank press. The theoretical part summarizes the technological process and at the same time explains the technologies of forge rolling and forging on a crank press. The following analytical part includes the design and selection of a semi-finished product for forging on a crank press, as well as the design, construction and course of the forge rolling itself.
