Pevnostní výpočet a optimalizace radiální kladky rotačního bubnu

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the strength analysis of the current assembly design and the subsequent proposal for optimizing the size and position of a relief groove in a radial roller supporting a rotary kiln. The goal of the thesis is to determine the effect of changes in the groove geometry on stress distribution in critical areas within the support system using the finite element method, and thus to find a more suitable solution, leading to a decrease in maximum stress values. The thesis is being carried out based on the requirements of IKN Czech, s.r.o., which also provided the initial geometry and specified the boundary conditions.
