Abstract
This master thesis deals with a design of a rear-view mirror used by a train conductor. The thesis has been completed in cooperation with ŠKODA TRANSPORTATION a.s. The introductory part deals with the specifications of rear-view mirrors and presents several used solutions. The practical part consists of personal design, its function, design calculations and strength analysis of chosen parts. Drawing documentation of the personal design can be found in the attachment.
