Manipulátor tyčí mezi krokovacími dopravníky

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a practical and structural design of a manipulator for removing rods between two conveyors. The theoretical part contains the analysis of the current state and issues connected to it. The next section includes three different elaborated variants from which a final variant has been selected using the value analysis. The final variant has been developed in detail to the optimal form. Optimization means selection of the proper power unit that is based upon a calculation, total realization of particular kinematic structures according to the customer’s specifications and ensuring of the manipulator’s functionality. The final version of the manipulator is made into a 3D model that is at the end of the thesis compared to the final manufactured manipulator assembled to be used. The appendix as the last part of the thesis comprises drawing documentation of the overall assembly, subassembly and an attachment of the production drawings.
