Abstract
Bachelor's thesis focus on the evaluation of the effect of remuneration in company Znalstav Ltd., its influence on the development of human potential and efficiency analysis applied systems of remuneration. It is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the theoretical foundations of approaches to remuneration as a factor in the development of human potential in organization. The second part is a practical analysis of the impact of remuneration on the development of the human potential in copany Znalstav Ltd.
