Abstract

The subject of this thesis is the engineering design of the shuttle machinery for driving station belt conveyors. The Diploma thesis is stylized into five parts. The first part contains the research of the equipment, which is used for driving the station of long-distance belt transport transfer at North-Bohemian Mines, Inc. Chomutov, Coal Mine Bílina. The second part of my thesis aims at the structural design of the shuttle machinery including its parts description. The third part of my thesis provides the basic calculation of carrying parts of the steal construction. The fourth part of the thesis gives an account of a structural design of steal longitudinal support and the final fifth part is aimed at a basic calculation of the steal longitudinal support. Shuttle machinery design, shuttle machinery adapter design, detailed design of placing the shuttle machinery, shuttle machinery construction design, the steal longitudinal support contruction design and detailed drawing of its placing are enclosed.
