Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the structural design of a steel frame intended for a manipulator, whose purpose is to streamline and physically simplify the production of braided hoses. The introductory section outlines the issue at hand and defines the objectives that must be met when designing the device. The subsequent part describes the hose manufacturing process and the braiding method. The design section then examines the actual steel structure proposal and the calculations carried out to ensure the reliability of the design. Autodesk Inventor 2024 was used for the design. The thesis also includes an appendix containing detailed drawings of the structure.
