Výroba šroubovité hřídele u excentrické cykloidní převodovky

Abstract

The master thesis focuses on the eccentrical-cycloidal gear box. The first part of the thesis concentrates on the development and history of the given gear box and its characteristics. The next part describes construction of the model in the CAD system neccessary for the 3D print by using SLS method. Main point of the thesis is the construction of the model and program for the cutting of the shaft in a CAM software. The measurement of the gearing contour depended on the epichotroid curve. The fourth part of the thesis consists of the introduction to the production design in technological proceeding. The analysis of the construction of programming in the CAD software with the individual steps is part of the fifth chapter together with the complete analysis and evaluation of production. The last chapter before the conclusion consists of the description of the metrological part with dimension control together with the detailed analysis of the roughness surface parameters.
