Abstract

The Bachelor thesis is focused on the construction design of the hydraulic jack with the maximum bearing capacity 1 ton. The above-mentioned jack is designed for use with the assembly pit. The introduction of the thesis is focused on current types of workshop lifting jacks and their comparison as far as theparameters are concerned. On the basis of the established parameters, the adequate construction solution is brought in. Furthermore the extensible jack bracket and other significant parts are designed. The following analysis contains the inspection of all important welds and pins related to the construction. The research also covers the stress analysis executed through the finite element method. The drawing documentation is the integral part of the thesis.
