Abstract

The subject of the thesis is the analysis of employees satisfaction with the current system of motivation and remuneration in ITT Holdings Czech Republic s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the starting points of motivation, its types, and theories. Furthermore, financial and non-financial forms of remuneration. In the practical part, based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey, the satisfaction of employees with the forms and ways of rewards for their work performance is evaluated. The output of the thesis is a proposal and recommendation of a suitable system of employee remuneration.
