Motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců v průmyslové společnosti

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza spokojenosti zaměstnanců se stávajícím systémem motivace a odměňování ve společnosti ITT Holdings Czech Republic s.r.o. V teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány východiska motivace, její typy a teorie. Dále finanční a nefinanční formy odměny. V praktické části na základě analýzy dotazníkového šetření je vyhodnocena spokojenost zaměstnanců s formami a způsoby odměn za jejich pracovní výkon. Výstupem diplomové práce je návrh a doporučení vhodného systému odměňování zaměstnanců.

The subject of the thesis is the analysis of employees satisfaction with the current system of motivation and remuneration in ITT Holdings Czech Republic s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the starting points of motivation, its types, and theories. Furthermore, financial and non-financial forms of remuneration. In the practical part, based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey, the satisfaction of employees with the forms and ways of rewards for their work performance is evaluated. The output of the thesis is a proposal and recommendation of a suitable system of employee remuneration.
