Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with robotic welding technology of boom. The introduction describes reason of welding robotized equipment. The theoretical part describes the current state of technology of welding beam, characterized by high labor input and a low level mechanization of work. In thhe other part is an analysis of possible variants of robotic welding equipment, selection of appropriate to welding technology, proposal workplace for robotic welding and a proposal the technological process of welding robotic device to select the type of boom. As a result is technical and economic comparison of the current situation and after rationalization of welding technology of boom.
