Závislost naměřené hodnoty na velikosti snímacího dotyku

Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with how the dependence of sensor size is impacted by roundness deviation. In the theoretic part there are described roundness deviation, norm roundness, measurement and evaluation methods, measuring devices, etc. The second part of thesis describes the measurement process on coordinating measuring machine WENZEL LH 65 X3M and using the software Metrosoft QUARTIZ R6 in a laboratory of the VSB-Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Machining, Assembly and Engineering Metrology. The main objective is an analysis of the influence of individual impacts and surface roughness on the workpiece roundness deviation.
