Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with design of lifting lever mechanism for an existing inclinable conveyor. The mechanism was originally driven by a hydraulic cylinder, but was replaced by a pneumatic cylinder on requirement specifications to the company, due to the speed and tilt pneumatic connection for the customer. The introduction describes and compares basic types of mechanism used in conveyors. Based on information from the appropriate is designed suitable lever mechanism. Designed system is developer into assembly drawings and strength design calculations.
