Požadavky na logistický systém údržby

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá požadavky na logistický systém údržby. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část zahrnuje logistické zajištění údržby vozidel, její cíle a požadavky na prvky logistických služeb. Dále obsahuje skladování, manipulační zařízení a poslední kapitola se věnuje síťové analýze. Praktická část se věnuje analýze současného stavu logistického sytému údržby v DPOV a.s.-PSO Nymburk, která je rozdělená na analýzu pracovišť ve východní hale a v hale kolovky, analýzu údržbového zásahu, analýzu skladů a síťovou analýzu. Z výsledku síťové analýzy byly navrhnuty skladovací prostory a manipulační zařízení.

The master thesis deals with requirements for logistic maintenance system. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes logistic maintenance of vehicles, its objectives and requirements for logistics services. It also contains storage, handling equipment and the last chapter deals with network analysis. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the logistics system of maintenance in DPOV a.s.-PSO Nymburk, which is divided into the analysis of workplaces in the eastern hall and in the wheel hall, analysis of maintenance intervention, warehouse analysis and network analysis. Storage facilities and handling equipment were designed from the result of the network analysis.
