Abstract
Diploma thesis deals with competitive analysis on the window and door dealers market. The goal of the study is to compare different companies with the company Ing. Karel Baran and identify differences between these companies and based on those findings recommend measures through which a company can gain a competitive advantage and thus improve his position on the window and door dealers market. Part of the thesis is qualitative research based on Mystery shopping, Mystery visits of websites and Mystery mailing.
