Zhodnocení motivace zaměstnanců v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of human resources, motivational process, benefit and education system, and employee satisfaction in the selected company. In the case of finding weaknesses in the design issues of measures to streamline and create a manual for effective motivation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part focuses on the meaning and definition of motivation. This part also represents the methods that are used in this written work for the purpose of identifying deficiencies in process of motivation. . In analytical part, the individual methods are applied in a specific company named Seniorcentrum OASA Ltd. The result of this work is to evaluate the findings of a proposal to implement and streamline process of motivation in this company. The aim of this work has been successfully met.
