Komparace hospodářských politik České a Slovenské republiky v oblasti přijetí eura

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je na základě komparace najít příčiny, které vedly k tomu, že Slovensko v roce 2009 přijalo euro, zatímco Česko na přijetí eura stále čeká. Práce se skládá z 6 kapitol, přičemž první kapitolou je úvod. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení a vývoj měnové integrace v Evropě. V této kapitole je popsána Hospodářská a měnová unie, Evropská centrální banka, Pakt stability a růstu, teorie optimální měnové oblasti a další. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na hospodářskou politiku ČR. Kapitola je věnována ekonomickému a politickému vývoji ČR od roku 1993, ekonomickým reformám, stavu plnění maastrichtských kritérií, vlivu celosvětové hospodářské krize na českou ekonomiku. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje hospodářskou politiku SR. Tato kapitola má obdobné obsahové zaměření jako kapitola třetí. Pátou kapitolu tvoří komparace hospodářských politik ČR a SR v oblasti přijetí eura. Šestou kapitolou je závěr.

The aim of this diploma thesis is based on the comparison to find the causes that led to Slovakia adopted the Euro in 2009, while the Czech Republic is still waiting. Thesis consists 6 chapters, whereas the first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical definition and development of monetary integration in Europe. This chapter describes the Economic and Monetary Union, the European Central Bank, the Stability and Growth Pact, the theory of optimum currency areas and other. The third chapter focuses on economic policy of the Czech Republic. The chapter is devoted to economic and political developments of the Czech Republic since 1993, to economic reforms, to the status of compliance with the Maastricht criteria, to the influence of the global economic crisis on the Czech economy. The fourth chapter describes the economic policies of the Slovak Republic. This chapter has similar content as the focus of Chapter Three. The fifth chapter is a comparison of the economic policies of the Czech and Slovak Republic of the euro adoption. The sixth chapter is ending.
