Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with the design of equipment for electrical cable clamps production. In the introductory chapters describe the processes of cable clamp production technology, the use of cable clamps in practice and also give an example of their possible production. The following chapter presents the basic parameters of the system, which include, among other things, the calculation of forming forces and the calculation of the center of gravity of the resulting force. From the basic parameters of the system, proposals for possible sizes of hydraulic cylinders are then made, and also possible types of hydraulic aggregates are proposed. From the proposed options, the most suitable one is then selected and a complete hydraulic circuit is chosen for it. In the last chapter, the heat calculation of the hydraulic circuit is performed. In the final part, in appendix, you can find a functional diagram of the hydraulic circuit, specifications of all hydraulic components, the motor list, instructions for operation and maintenance of the hydraulic power unit, assignments for related professions and also production documentation of the hydraulic power unit.
