Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the fit input bevel pinion and its subsequent optimization. Introduction is devoted to an overview of the types of bevel gears with concurrent axes. The next section describes the types of storage shafts of these gears. The main part of the thesis contains a detailed description of selected variants storage bevel pinions. Each variant contains a calculation that is described in detail only one possible solution. Other options (resolution, performance, gear ratio) are evaluated in a table. The result is the comparison and selection of a suitable alternative solution as appropriate parameters. The thesis shall be accompanied by drawings assembled pinion assembly for each possible solution.
