SMED jako metoda snižování plýtvání ve výrobním procesu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with implementation SMED method, quick exchange of dies on CNC machine Mori Seiki SL 300 B in Novogear Inc.. In theoretical part are included principles of Lean Manufacturing with emphasis on specific method SMED and general procedures for rebuilding times reduction. Practical part includes analysis of the current state in company. On its base a solution will be proposed with SMED method and eventually identification of waste time and its exclusion from rebuilding process.
