Abstract

The subject of the thesis „Realization of Strategic Analysis of the Vesna Interiors, s. r. o. Company“ is to do the strategic analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses and the potential opportunities and threats which can significantly influence the future of the company. The theoretical part deals with the explaining of terms of strategic analysis, there are the methods and tools to analyse the internal and external environment of the company. In the practical part, these methods are applied on the particular company. Subsequently there are compiled proposals and recommendations for the future development of the company.
