Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Provádění strategické analýzy firmy Vesna Interiors, s. r. o.“ je provedení strategické analýzy s cílem určit silné a slabé stránky podniku a možné příležitosti a hrozby, které mohou ovlivnit budoucí vývoj podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů z oblasti strategické analýzy, jsou zde uvedeny metody a nástroje k provedení analýzy vnitřního i vnějšího okolí podniku. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na příkladu konkrétního podniku. Následně jsou sestaveny návrhy a doporučení pro budoucí vývoj podniku.

The subject of the thesis „Realization of Strategic Analysis of the Vesna Interiors, s. r. o. Company“ is to do the strategic analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses and the potential opportunities and threats which can significantly influence the future of the company. The theoretical part deals with the explaining of terms of strategic analysis, there are the methods and tools to analyse the internal and external environment of the company. In the practical part, these methods are applied on the particular company. Subsequently there are compiled proposals and recommendations for the future development of the company.
