Vliv povrchové úpravy nástrojů na tlakové lití slitin hliníku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with studies of PVD coating, technology of surface treatment before PVD coating is applied and with pressure casting of aluminum alloys. For purposes of experimental part of this bachelor thesis were chosen fifteen steel samples. These samples were degreased and part of them were dry and wet blasted. Difference in surface structure was observed via electronic scanning microscope and thanks to confocal microscope we meassured roughness of samples. PVD coatings such as Marwin G and Vanadin were applied on surface treated samples. After that aluminum was casted on samples. To discover which PVD coating is the most usefull for aluminum casting the adhesion test was done. Discusion of results was performed.
