Analýza vlivu deformační cesty na efektivitu protlačování pásu plechu metodou DRECE

Abstract

Master thesis deals with the analysis of the influence of the deformation route on the efficiency of sheet metal strip extrusion by DRECE method. The theoretical part of the work contains a search of current trends in strain hardening using multiple plastic deformation. Master thesis is focused on the division of SPD methods according to the flow of the process. I paid particular attention to the ECAP, ARB and DRECE method. The practical part of the work is focused on the implementation of extrusion by DRECE method, I also examine the influence of the deformation path on the resulting mechanical properties and structure. The results of the experiment are further discussed in the final part of the work.
