Strategická analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce „Strategická analýza vybrané podniku“ je provést strategickou analýzu vybraného podniku a navrhnout strategie, které by byly pro vybraný podnik vhodné do budoucna. Teoretická část popisuje, co je to strategické řízení, analýza vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí firmy, a bude podkladem pro vytvoření SWOT analýzy. V praktické části jsou analýzy provedeny na vybraný podnik. Na základě těchto analýz navrhneme nejvhodnější strategii tohoto podniku.

The goal of the bachelor work „Strategic Analysis of the Selected Company“ is conduct strategic analysis of the chosen company and draw up a strategies, which could be suitable for the chosen company in future. Theoretical part describes what the strategic management, analysis of external and internal environment is, and which will be basis for creating SWOT analysis. In practical part analysis are executed of the Selected company. On her basis I try to formulate a strategy oriented to stop decreasing sales and their regrow.
