Abstract

Master thesis deals with optimization of technical production preparation processes in Strojírny a stavby Třinec Company. This company focuses on engineering production and construction activities for domestic and foreign customers. The basic terms connected with the issue are introduced in the theoretical part. The analytical part focused on characteristic of the company and on two comprehensive. Subsequently, all the factors, which have a negative effect on the process progress, are identified. The final part of the Master thesis deal with solution proposal that aims to improving the functioning of the technical preparation of production and also reduction in error rates .
