Optimalizace technologie obrábění lopatek vodních turbín

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the analysis and optimization of the production process of a Pelton turbine blades using multi-axis CNC machining. The thesis focuses on efficiency improvement of the current manufacturing process by replacing cutting tools. Specifically, a transition to higher-performance milling tools from Iscar and Teqmaster was proposed for selected operations. Due to the higher cutting speeds and feed rates achievable with these tools, the production time was reduced by 15.10%. The thesis also includes an economic evaluation and recommendations for potential future improvements in production efficiency.
