Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the use of Six Sigma methodology during the develop-ment phase of the rear lamp. It describes the process of solving the problem with this met-hodology and the subsequent improvement that comes out of it. The aim of this work was to avoid dust generation, consequently to eliminate the amount of dust in the rear lamp and to improve it in series production.
