Abstract
The object of bachelor thesis „Employee Remuneration Systems in a Production Company“ is understand basic concepts like reward and remuneration, wage, pay etc. Further listing and describe basic wage forms like time wage, task wage and share wage. Describe basic supplementary wage forms like bonus, personal evaluation and surcharges.
The second part deals with practical page and it is specifically to the company Czech Plastic Production s.r.o. The company is characterize. In bachelor is describe current employee remuneration system in company. Then is propose new employee remuneration system in company. Both of systems are compare and evaluate.
