Abstract
Every employer should make the effort to find out needs and wishes of his employees, so he could optimally set up the system of employee benefits and perks, which are the inherent part of contemporary modern management.
Introductory part of this disertation deals with aspects of motivation of employees (clarifying the concept of motivation, presents the categories of theories and factors which influence employees performance). The description of employees benefits and its accountant and tax impacts are given in the following chapter. Evaluation of extensive inquiry with the topic of „Employees‘ benefits“ conducted among employees of given companies, which In the practical part the evaluation of extensive inquiry among employees of given companies focused on topic of „Employee Benefits“ and of an inquiry where some companies in the region of North Moravia were asked to provide data on employee benefits. Evaluation of these inquiries is processed by method of qualitative analysis which is able to show the distribution of opinions in total sum of answers.
