Zaměstnanecké benefity jako součást motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Každý zaměstnavatel by měl zjišťovat potřeby a přání svých zaměstnanců, aby mohl systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů, které jsou v současné době neodmyslitelnou součástí moderního managementu, dobře stanovit. Úvodní část diplomové práce pojednává o aspektech motivace zaměstnanců (objasnění pojmu motivace, jednotlivým druhům teorií a faktorům, jež ovlivňují jejich výkon). V další kapitole je obsažena charakteristika jednotlivých zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich daňové i účetní dopady. V praktické části jsem provedla vyhodnocení rozsáhlé ankety uspořádané mezi zaměstnanci vybrané společnosti na téma „Zaměstnanecké benefity“ a ankety, kde byly osloveny některé firmy v regionu Severní Moravy s žádostí o poskytnutí údajů, týkajících se zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Vyhodnocení anket je provedeno kvantitativní analýzou, jež ukazuje rozložení názorů v celkovém počtu odpovědí.

Every employer should make the effort to find out needs and wishes of his employees, so he could optimally set up the system of employee benefits and perks, which are the inherent part of contemporary modern management. Introductory part of this disertation deals with aspects of motivation of employees (clarifying the concept of motivation, presents the categories of theories and factors which influence employees performance). The description of employees benefits and its accountant and tax impacts are given in the following chapter. Evaluation of extensive inquiry with the topic of „Employees‘ benefits“ conducted among employees of given companies, which In the practical part the evaluation of extensive inquiry among employees of given companies focused on topic of „Employee Benefits“ and of an inquiry where some companies in the region of North Moravia were asked to provide data on employee benefits. Evaluation of these inquiries is processed by method of qualitative analysis which is able to show the distribution of opinions in total sum of answers.
