Abstract

The theme of the thesis is to evaluate the impact of the biomass and the effect of direct and indirect combustion efficiency equipment. The theoretical part describes the general characteristics of the biomass, the distribution of the biomass, and the storage and properties of the biomass. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of biogas. The next chapter analyzes the direct and indirect efficiency in combustion of the biomass. The last chapter describes four heating plants and analyses an evaluation according to the measured values. In accordance to the measured values the boiler with the greatest efficiency was evaluated from analyzed heating plants.
