Rekonstrukce brzdové soustavy traktorového přívěsu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčními úpravami brzdového systému teleskopického nakladače MANITOU MLT 940 a traktorového přívěsu BSS PS2 10.08 Agro. Konstrukční úpravy jsou provedeny, aby bylo možno použít uvedená vozidla jako jízdní soupravu v zemědělské dopravě a tím stroje využít efektivněji. Úvodní část je věnována popisu stávajícího systému dopravy materiálu ke strojům v zemědělství a návrhu řešení vedoucího k zefektivnění využití strojů v zemědělské dopravě. V další části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé varianty možných úprav nakladače a následně i řešení rekonstrukce brzdové soustavy traktorového přívěsu. Tato část obsahuje návrhové výpočty a kontrolní i pevnostní analýzy.

This bachelor thesis deals with modifications in design of brake systems of the MANITOU MLT 940 telehandler and the BSS PS2 10.08 Agro agricultural trailer. The design modifications are implemented in order to enable the use of the mentioned vehicles in combination in agricultural traffic and to achieve higher efficiency of deployment of the machines. The initial section is dedicated to a description of the existing system of transport of material to agricultural machines and a proposed solution for increasing the efficiency of use of the machines in agricultural traffic. The subsequent section contains individual variants of possible modifications of the telehandler and a redesigned solution of the agricultural trailer brake system. This section includes design calculations as well as both counter analyses and structural analyses.
