Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with increasing effectivity of productive process od DBCh (Doctor Blade Chamber) with the help of drilling product for DBCh. In the beggining we are introduced what DBCh is used for and what are the clamping elements for its work on the machine. After that are determined goals we want to achieve by using this product. Constructional solutions of the product is designed according to parameters of all free extensive various of DBCh. Furthermore, design of technological process used for producing individual parts of product is made. The product is implemented and tested in practical usage. The result is an increase in production efficiency of DBCh by replacing the operation at the horizontal drilling machine. Finally, we conduct technical-economic evaluation of the product for DBCh.
