Abstract
This thesis focuses on analysis and assessment of communication in a selected company. The work describes basic characteristics of communication, communication in organization, system of communication, directions of communication and barriers to effective communication. This thesis describe selected organization and analyse current internal communication. The survey questionnaire method was applied for assessment of employee satisfaction with the internal communication processes and the communication tools.
