Abstract

This thesis deals with the structural design of the variable placement of seats and pneumatic load elements for carrying out endurance tests, seat rail technology. Includes product range and size of the seats tested load forces. I worked in the search lifetime tests of seats. Then I arranged two options and chose the load elements. I made a detailed view of assembly seats for the selected cell type SEP, SES and SEN. I drew up the 4 variants of type seat assembly for the SEP and SEN 4 variants and also for the assembly seat of the type of SES. Stress analysis I conducted in ProEngineer software. Then I made the check screws and check the correctness of the calculation software ProEngineer. Drawings are prepared in AutoCAD graphics system.
