Abstract

The aim of work is to analysis quality of marketing communication of internet provider in relation to regular customers. The purpose of this work is to recommend suitable tools for more effective communication and to suggest communication mix. The work is devided to a few chapters. In theoretic part there are described basic terms relating to marketing communication. Then there is characteristic of the company, where is description of every firm’s environment. In analytic part the results from questionnaire survey are presented. Respondents were the customers of company. There are some suggestions of suitable communication mix and other recommendations for marketing communication.
