Štípačka dřeva

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem štípačky dřeva. V úvodu práce je přehled v současnosti vyráběných typů štípaček. Následuje výběr druhu pohonu a způsobu vyvození síly na štípací klín. Je vybráno nejvhodnější řešení a s tímto řešením jsou navrhnuty dvě varianty rámu. Je vybrán nejvhodnější rám a jsou vhodně zvoleny jeho hlavní rozměry. Další část práce obsahuje pevností výpočty hlavní částí štípačky, nebo částí důležitých pro chod stroje. K práci je doložen sestavní výkres štípačky a výrobní výkres vybrané součásti.

This bachelor work deals with an engineering design of the splitting machine. In the introductory part of the work a survey of existing splitting machines is made. Of this assortment a choice is made as far as the type of driving mechanism is concerned and they way the force of the splitting wedge is derived. The best solution is then chosen and two related forms of frames suggested. The best form of frame is then selected and its main dimensions properly chosen. Next in the work, strength calculations of the main parts of the splitting machine or parts important for the machine operation are performed. The work is supplemented with an assembly drawing of the splitting machine and production drawing of the given part.
