Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation and analysis of internal guidelines in a selected joint stock company. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first of them is devoted to the general characteristics of financial accounting. The second chapter deals with general characteristics of internal directives. The last chapter (which is the practical part of the thesis) contains the characteristics of the selected joint stock company and the evaluation of its internal guidelines. The practical part also contains a newly created internal company directive.
