| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením a analýzou vnitropodnikových směrnic ve vybrané akciové společnosti. Teoretická část je tvořena dvěma kapitolami. První z nich je věnována obecné charakteristice finančního účetnictví. Druhá kapitola se týká obecné charakteristiky vnitropodnikových směrnic. Poslední kapitola (tvořící praktickou část práce) obsahuje charakteristiku vybrané akciové společnosti a zhodnocení jejích vnitropodnikových směrnic. Praktická část také obsahuje nově vytvořenou vnitropodnikovou směrnici. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation and analysis of internal guidelines in a selected joint stock company. The theoretical part consists of two chapters. The first of them is devoted to the general characteristics of financial accounting. The second chapter deals with general characteristics of internal directives. The last chapter (which is the practical part of the thesis) contains the characteristics of the selected joint stock company and the evaluation of its internal guidelines. The practical part also contains a newly created internal company directive. | en |
