Ekonomické odlišnosti klasické a nízkonákladové letecké přepravy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá rozdíly mezi klasickými a nízkonákladovými leteckými dopravci. V úvodu práce jsou zmíněny hlavní rozdíly mezi těmito typy letecké přepravy. Na tuto část navazuje krátká historie nízkonákladové letecké přepravy a jejich významných zástupců. Dále popisuje odlišnosti v nabídce služeb nabízených těmito dopravci, včetně příkladu dvou konkrétních letů. Hlavní částí práce je návrh obchodního modelu leteckého dopravce v postcovidové době a jeho aplikace na fiktivního leteckého dopravce včetně kalkulace nákladů a SWOT analýzy.

This Master thesis discusses the differences between classic and low-cost air carriers. The main differences between these types of air transport are mentioned in the introduction of the thesis. This part is followed by a brief history of low-cost air transport and its eminent representatives. It also describes the distinctions in the range of services offered by these carriers, including an example of two specific flights. The main part of the thesis is the design of the business model of an air carrier in the post-covid era and its application to a fictional air carrier, including cost calculations and SWOT analysis.
