Abstract

This diploma thesis considers problems employee´s benefits, which are inseparable part of total remuneration. This work is divided into a theoretical and a practical parts. The theoretical part includes important concepts and description of the characteristics of employee benefits which are available to employees in Czech Republic. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current employee benefits system in company based on a comparison with competitors. Based on the results are formulated proposals and recommendations for modification of employee benefits in the selected company.
