Abstract

This bachelor thesis is dealing with the training of specialists of technical systems. The first part concerns the general familiarization of ANS CR, activities, providing services and technical systems that are essential for providing air traffic services. In the next part I devote to the course and requirements of the selection procedure, training of a new technician to reach the final supervisor license. Practical part of my thesis is to conduct an assessment of the current system of selection and training of new technician and identification of problematic practices, in which I suggested adjustments. Assessment is carried out through a questionnaire with current specialists who passed the training. On the basis of, and after further consultation with current supervisors will suggest possible modifications.
