Multiparametrická diagnostika obráběcího centra Hermle C30U

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá multiparametrickou diagnostikou obráběcího centra Hermle C30U. Nejdříve jsou popsány základní metody technické diagnostiky. Následně jsou popsány použité metody vibrodiagnostiky, tribodiagnostiky a termodiagnostiky. Další části se týkají provedení vlastního měření, popisu stroje, použitých zařízení a analýzy naměřených dat. Analýza naměřených dat byla tvořena postupně pro vibrodiagnostiku, tribodiagnostiku a termodiagnostiku. V posledních dvou bodech je provedeno zhodnocení měření a doporučení.

The theme of the diploma thesis is multiparametrics diagnosis of machining center Hermle C30U.The introduction deals with the basics of technical diagnostics. Next chapters are about vibrodiagnostics, tribodiagnostics and thermodiagnostics. In next chapters I deal with the measurement, description of the machining center and used measuring instruments and analysis of measured data. Analysis of measured data was gradually made for vibrodiagnostics than tribodiagnostics and thermodiagnostics. In the last chapters of my diploma thesis is an assessment of measurement and my recommendations.
