Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a hydraulic drive for a straightening press for 100 tons. The literature part is devoted to the description of the history and development of forming machines, the theory of straightening, as well as the division and description of pressing machines. The task of the practical part is to design a hydraulic drive for the specified parameters, which will be used for the straightening press. The practical part focuses on the design of the hydraulic system, where first the calculations for the design of the hydraulic cylinder, then the circuit design, thermal calculation, and the selection of the elements for the hydraulic circuit. At the end of the bachelor thesis, the assignment for the follow-up profession is given. The thesis also contains the operation and maintenance manual of the hydraulic power pack, the drawing documentation of the hydraulic power pack, the functional diagram of the hydraulic power pack and the motor list.
