Možnosti uplatnění principů normy ČSN EN ISO 9004 v podmínkách integrovaného systému managementu hutního podniku.

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou „Možnosti uplatnění principů normy ČSN EN ISO 9004:2010 v podmínkách integrovaného systému managementu hutního podniku“. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V první části jsou popsány teoretické poznatky týkající se managementu kvality, jeho historií a vývojovými stádií, dále jednotlivými koncepce a principy managementu kvality. V neposlední řadě je popsána norma ČSN EN ISO 9004:2010, její struktura a jednotlivé principy této normy. Ve druhé, praktické, části je provedena analýza současného stavu naplňování principů normy ČSN EN ISO 9004:2010, s cílem nalézt a navrhnout aktivity, pomocí kterých bude dosaženo zlepšení v oblasti uplatňování principů normy ISO 9004 v podmínkách integrovaného systému managementu hutního podniku.

The diploma thesis deals with the theme “Posibilities of Principles EN ISO 9004 Implementation in Conditions of Integrated Management System of Metallurgical Company”. The work is consisted of two parts. The first section describes the theoretical knowledge of quality management, its history and development stages, as well as individual concepts and principles of quality management. Finally, it describes the standard ISO 9004:2010, its structure and the various principles of this standard. In the second, practical part is an analysis of the current state of implementation of the principles of EN ISO 9004:2010, in order to find and suggest activities through which improvements will be achieved in the principles of ISO 9004 in an integrated management system of metallurgical corporation.
