Uplatnění technických manažerů v podnikové praxi

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou s uplatněním technických manažerů v podnikové praxi. V první části je analyzovaný trh práce, ten by nám měl vyjasnit, proč vůbec vzniká tento problém. Následně se zaměříme na studium technických manažerů, jestli znalosti, které se naučí, korespondují s požadavky praxe. Závěrem zhodnotíme dosažené výsledky, a podáme případné návrhy na zlepšení výuky. Cílem této bakalářské práce, je tedy objasnit si proč vzniká tento problém a jak zamezit tomu, aby již nebyl Achillovou patou, na trhu práce

The thesis deals with the issues associated with the application of technical managers in business practice. In the first part the labor market is analyzed, this should give us a clarification why this problem is created. Subsequently, we will focus on the study of technical managers, if the knowledge that they learn correspond to the demands of practice. Finally, we will evaluate the results, and we will give possible suggestions for improving teaching. The aim of this work is therefore to explain why there is this problem and how to avoid making it the Achilles heel in the labor market.
