Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with issue of heat treatment of anisotropic transformer steel with regard to increasing the service life of annealing muffle without negative impact on required electromagnetic properties of cores of magnetic circuit. In the introduction is discussed in detail the existing annealing muffle in terms of design and used base material. In the next part, the thermally processed silicon steel is subjected to a more detailed analysis, more precisely the products from it, both from the process and material point of view. The purpose of this thesis is to find the optimum shape of the heat treatment curve of silicon steel products with respect to their electromagnetic properties in structural or structural applications. Material changes of annealing muffle leading not only to increase the life of the muffle itself, but also to accelerate the heat treatment process of silicon steel products.
